Listed below are some English Shetland Sheepdog Club forms and documents that can be downloaded to your computer.

You have a choice of dowloading in "pdf" format or "htm" (Web Page) format.

PDF FORMAT IS RECOMENDED FOR THE BETTER PRINTED FORM

To download in pdf format you will require Adobe Acrobat, if this is not installed on your computer it can be downloaded at no charge by clicking on the "Get Acrobat Reader" icon below.

In both cases the forms/documents can then be printed/saved in the normal way.

If you download the Application Form you must also download the Rules and The Code of Ethics - The Application Form requires that you must read the rules and code of ethics.

The Hereditary Eye Problems document also contains useful information.
